You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify SEMPL of any unauthorized use.
You are solely responsible for all documents and content you upload to SEMPL. You warrant that you have the right to upload, store, and share all content on our platform.

The SEMPL NFC keychain or card is a physical product that must be linked to your SEMPL account to function. The NFC device enables quick access to your document hub when tapped on NFC-enabled smartphones.
While we ensure quality manufacturing, SEMPL is not liable for physical damage, loss, or theft of NFC products. NFC functionality requires compatible smartphones with NFC capability enabled.
Lost or damaged NFC products can be replaced for a fee. Please contact support for replacement procedures.
Your subscription includes cloud storage as specified in your plan. SEMPL reserves the right to impose fair usage policies to ensure service quality for all users.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal pricing will be communicated in advance.
SEMPL may modify storage limits, features, or pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, SEMPL does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control.
While SEMPL implements robust backup procedures, we strongly recommend users maintain their own backup copies of critical documents. SEMPL is not responsible for data loss due to user error or unforeseen circumstances.
All SEMPL branding, logos, software, and proprietary technology remain the property of SEMPL. Users retain ownership of their uploaded documents but grant SEMPL a license to store and process them as necessary to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEMPL and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold SEMPL harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
SEMPL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to download your documents before they are permanently deleted.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
SEMPL may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or app notification.
